Hi friend...
A supplementary angle is one which makes 180 degree. The two angles which together form 180 degree are called the supplement of each other. 180 is also called straight angle.

the angle made on to sides of polynomial is supplementary example one angle is 60 then the opposite will be 120 because the are supplementary angles is 180
