Quantity which is neither Vector nor Scalar is a tensor quantity...

For example Pressure is a tensor quantity...As a ballon filled with air..if we puncture it from any one of the side..we will observe that ballon will go in the direction when we puctured it...so this shows that It is a vector quantity...Means for a particular point Pressure acts in one direction...

But If we puncture the same ballon at amy sides on the surfaces...we finds that it will not go in one direction...it means pressure act in all the direction of the wall of the ballon...This shows that Pressure is not a Vector quantity..as Pressure act in all Direction...
Hence Pressure is neither Vector Nor scalar so called Tensor quantity...

Moment of inertia is another example of tensor qty..
