hi.i hope my ans would be useful to u, a test tube programme is a programme in which ova from wife and sperm from male are collected and are induced to formzygote under lab conditions( in vitro fertilization) ..The zygote or early embryo could then be transferred into fallopian tube(ZIFT) and embryos with more than 8 blastomere into uterus is IUT

It can GIFT or ZIFT where zygote is developed in a testube until 8-morula stage. The embryo will be either transferred to oviduct or uterus.
