Explanation:
Thunderstorm, a violent, short-lived weather disturbance that is almost always associated with lightning, thunder, dense clouds, heavy rain or hail, and strong, gusty winds. Thunderstorms arise when layers of warm, moist air rise in a large, swift updraft to cooler regions of the atmosphere.
Thunderstorm :- A storm with thunder and lightning is called thunderstorm. A thunderstorm is accompanied by heavy rain or hail.
Thunderstorm is produced by the dark clouds which form at fairly low altitude in the atmosphere. Thunderstorm is called "garajwala toofan" in hindi. Thunderstorms develop in hot and humid topical areas ( like India) very frequently. This is because the heat of tropical areas warms up the air and makes it rise up, whereas the humidity provides the water vapor for the formation of clouds.
