What is a typhoon, tornado and cylone?

They're all the same thing

It's just different ways to say one thing.

In Australia, they say Cyclone. Americans say tornado and Japanese/Asian people generally say typhoon.

It's just the way they say it. there's no rules on who gets to say it where as an Australian person can say typhoon, it's not illesagl but it's just not commmon for them to.
