Ans: A triangle is said to be well conditioned triangle when no angle in it is less than 30 degrees and not greater than 120 degrees. It means that all angles are between 30 and 120 degrees. Now this provision removes the ambiguity of locating the vertex of triangle while plotting the area. In other words the point to locate the corner made by two lines becomes much clear.
