White holes are the inverse of black hole. As a black eats or sucks or attracts matter even light , an alternative white hole throws it out.
However ,There is no evidence for the existence of white holes. There are quite a few solutions of the Einstein field equations which are not thought to exist in nature (or at least be very hard to find), such as the Einstein-Rosen bridge, charged black holes, geons, turbulent gravitational waves, and so on.
