what is a wireless network how is a network interface card in a wired LAN different from one used in a wireless LAN ?

ANSWER-a wireless network is a network that uses no wires or physical media for connecting computer aur other computing device.it uses electromagnetic waves for transmission of data

a network interface card or nic in a wired LAN has ethernet port to connect ethernet cable to the computer where as a network interface card in wireless LAN has a small antenna that transmits data signal to the access point.​
