A workers worth is the value he/she has in the eyes of a company/industry he/she is employed in . In india the workers worth is very less due to mass unemployment because of unemployment :-

1. one worker can be easily replaced by another worker

2. in hope of earning something workers are willing to work where there are limited work facillities and in dangerous jobs.

for eg. despite many accidents of workers in construction sites, unemployed workers are willing to work there

Worker's Worth. One reason why foreign companies come to India is for cheap labour. Wages that the companies pay to workers are far higher than what they have to pay to workers in poorer countries like India. For lower pay, companies can get longer hours of work.
