The ABC code is 20 digit code which has to be entered without spaces in the ABC column while paying theelectricity bill through Paytm.
For UPPCL abc code is a code generated by your prepaid meter,you just have to open your prepaid meter ,press 5 button firstly it will display abc code then press it 4 more times,Each time it will show 5 digit number total 4 times,it is 20 digit code,note down that without any spaces and fill it in the abc column.Here I must say that in my meter I obtained it after pressing no.5 ,I dnt know if it varies from meter to meter
