in physics the acceleration is the rate of change of a velocity which means that if the speed or the direction of the moving object it changes it means that it is accelerating when a fan is rotated along a fixed Centre its speed is same but its direction is changed at every time we can say that it is accelerating if we change the direction of a moving object or its speed than earth changed comes in its acceleration

Heya!
--------
➰Accleration is defined as the Rate of Change of Velocity with respect to time .
➰ A = dv/dt
➰It is a Vector Quantity i,e it has both Magnitude and Direction .
➰Its SI unit is m/s²
➰When Acceleration acts opposite to the direction of Motion , it's called Retardation or Deceleration .
♦Acceleration is of two types :
Uniform Acceleration
Non Uniform Acceleration.
➡A Body is said to be accelerated if it changes its Velocity with Respect to time !
