what is acceleration of a vehicle moving in a straight line that changes its velocity from 100 km per hour to dead stop in 20 seconds

u = 0
v = 100km/h
this implise 100*5/18
= 28 m/s apporx.
t = 20 sec.

therefore

a = v - u/t
= 28 - 0/20
= 1.4 m/s^2
