✒️It is the rate of change of velocity with an object with respect to time.

✒️It is described by Newton's Second law .

✒️SI unit = Metre per second square. (m/s²)

Answer:

Explanation:

accelaration is known as rate of change of velocity.....(s.i unit is m/s sq)

(1)when accelaration is in the direction of motion ...

then accelaration is represented with +(positive sighn)

For ex:the accelaration of falling object is +5m/s sqaure

(2)when accelaration is in the opposite direction of motion ....

Then it is represented by -(negetive sign)

For ex :the accelaration of a stone thrown at the upward direction (⬆⬆)

Is -5m/s sqare

The formula of accelartion is

a=v(final velocity - u (initial velocity)
