here's your answer---

it's basically the first rain of the season which is comprised of chemicals and acids which are harmful and taken by vapours from factories to up in the clouds and thus referee to as the acid rain..
it has very much adverse affects over the living things as it has the chemicals which could corroded their body...

Gases such as SO2 and NO2 released into atmosphere by humans may cause acid rains..as they mix up with the rain water and forms Sulphuric acid and nitric acid causing acid rains

Acid rains damages plants in severe way as so much of natural vegetation gets affected and humans are also affected.

Corrosion of building and monuments occurs due to acidic pH of these rains

Metal smelting and forest fires,burning of fossil fuels are main reasons for emission of SO2 and NO2 causing acid rains..
