The skeleton for the following reaction can be :
Bicarbonates + Acid ==> Salt + Water + CO2
For example,
When acetic acid (CH3COOH) reacts with sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) it gives sodiun acetate (NaCH3COO), water (H2O) and carbon dioxide (CO2).
CH3COOH + NaHCO3 ==> NaCH3COO + H2O + CO2
