immunity is ability of our bodies to fight against foreign particles.

aquired immunity is not present from birth it is developed when our body encounters with that particular foreign particle. When encounters for the first time it is called primary response which is low in intensity and our body starts to prepare anti bodies against it next time it encounters with same pathogen..then bang completely destroyed

passive on the other is given when person immune is not strong enough to produce anti bodies against foreign pathogen.Mother breast feed infants it contains anti bodies that provide immunity
