Theses are bases present in our DNA. Adenine pairs with Thymine and Guanine pairs with Cytosine. This is Chargaff's rule. These bases when join to deoxyribose sugars are called nucleosides and when phosphate group attach again , then together they are called nucleotides. Like, Adenosine monophosphate, Guanosine mono phosphate etc. As per number of phosphates attached it may be di and tri phosphates also but not more than that. So basically they are building blocks of DNA.
