➡️Adrenal cortex:
•It forms 75% portion of the adrenal gland.
•it is differentiated into three regions - zona glomerulosa, zona fasciculata and zona reticularis.
•each region gives out separate hormones- mineralocorticoids, glucocorticoid and sexcorticoids.
➡️Adrenal Medulla:
•It forms 25% portion of the adrenal gland.
•It is not further differentiated into any parts.
•It releases two emergency Hormones - noradrenaline and Adrenaline.
