what is advantage and disadvantage of multinational river project?

Advatages :- People get employed for work, they get water for irrigation, fishing can be done.
Disadvantages:- People living nearby lost their livelihood, fishing is only the occupation left for them, their land is being taken by the govt. and they are paid very less amount for that.
