it is the declaration signed by world leaders in 1992 at the united nation conference on enviorment a develoement (UNDP) ,which took place at rio de janerio ,Brazil .it aims at acheiving global sustainable developement.it is an agenda to combat enviormental damage ,poverty,dieases through global co--operation on common interest ,mutual needs and shared responsibilities .one major objective of the aganda 21 is that every local government should draw its own local aganda 21
