The Agni Missile  (agni means fire) is one of the missiles developed by India.

They are long range, nuclear weapons capable surface to surface ballistic missile.It has many series like : Agni 1, Agni2, Agni3, Agni4 and Agni5(not yet launched) . Agni 1 was the first missile of the series, developed IGMDP ( Integrated Guided Missile Development Programme).
