AIDS are considered as a syndrome nait as a disease because in this problem our immune system stops working properly. if any foriegn material enters our body it will not be able to identify that material and cause us many infectious disease . they are not communicable diseases ....

AIDS stands for Acquired immuno deficiency syndrome. It is caused by HIV called as Human immuno virus. This is a one of the dangerous disease which can be transmitted by sexual means. Further more, ELISA called as Enzyme linked immuno sorbent assay is a diagnostic test for AIDS.
