- What is AIDS?
- Why it is caused?
- Why it is a syndrome.?
- AIDS is caused by a virus, that is HIV. It comes into the body through sexual organs or blood transferring.
- It is not merely caused by any physical contact like shaking hands, wrestling, hugging or by touching them.
- The first reason of spreading HIV is by sexual contact.
- The second reason by which it can spread is by blood transfusion.
- The third reason is, if an infected mother feeds milk to her baby, then the virus can transfer to the new born baby.
- This HIV damages the immune system and due to this the body cannot fight minor infections.
- In this case disease like cold can became severe pneumonia.
- The affect of the disease will became complex.
- At times, it also kills the people affected by HIV.
- As there is no symptoms and cure of the disease and later it results a complex disease, it is therefore known as a syndrome.
