heya!
here's your answer!

#alpha particles are positively charged particles..

# they are made of helium nuclei ... not electrons or shells..

# they have penetrating capacity but it's a little low compared to other particles like gamma and beta rays..

# their mass is approximately 4 units.. with 2 unit positive charge only..

# one interesting thing to note here is that it has 4 units mass and only 2 units of charge..

# this is because it has 2 PROTONS and 2 neutrons... and since neutrons don't have electric charge.. this alpha particles have only 2 units of positive charge due to presence of 2 PROTONS..

hii friend

here your answer looking for

Alpha particles:--these are the positively charged particle.which has the mass of 4units and 2units of positive charge. This particle is emitted by Radioactive elements like radium.

Or, we can also say that these are actually the positively charged helium atom or helium ion.

you might be thinking of why it has 2units of positive charge and 4 units of mass?

So, it has 2units of positive charge because in a helium ion (He^2+) the number of negatively charged particle or electrons are zero and positively charged particle or protons are two in number that means it has 2units of positive charge.

and if you are thinking about 4 units of mass then let me also explain about it.
in a helium atom the mass is calculated as the number of proton and neutron.
So, in helium ion number of proton is 2 and number of neutrons are 2. So, total mass is 4units.

hope you understand what is alpha particles?

so if you are satisfied then please mark it as brainliest.
