here's your answer looking for

Alpha rays:- alpha rays are stream of positively charged particle.

basically these are the positive charged Helium ion.
and that is why they has the 4 unit of mass and 2 unit of charge.

now you might be wondering why these have 4 unit of mass and 2 unit of charge.
so,
as the Helium Ion have 2 protons and 2 neutrons so, proton and neutron makes the whole mass of atom. that's why it has food unit of mass.
and,
as the Helium Ion have two protons without any electrons that means they have 2 unit of positive charge.

the alpha rays are emitted by the Alpha decay that is radioactive decay process.
during radioactive decay, there is emission of Alpha Beta and Gamma rays together.

this can be separated out by putting it in the magnetic field or electrical field.
