Answer:Alveoli are basically bag like structures or say balloon like Alveoli sacs are present within lungs and helps in gaseous exchange .only because of Alveoli gaseous exchange takes place in lungs and not any other body part..they help oxygen and carbon dioxide exchanges in blood stream...
