As we all know that our body is composed majorly of water. To add to the justification list, our brain is lumpy and covered by Lumps in the presence of water.

Talking about the other half, it is a known saying that the using of a brain is the only way to make it sharper. The more we use our brain, the more sharper and intelligent we would get.
