Alzheimer is a chronic disease which can last upto many years or even life time. It destroys the memory and other important mental functions.
It affects the brain nagetively and makes a person more and more confused as he/she grows older. Memory loss and confusion are its main symptoms.
No cure exists for this disease, but medication and self-care may temporarily improve symptoms. The person suffering from this disease should consult a doctor for medical advice.
