What is an angle of minimum deviation?In this position how is the angle of incidence related to the angle of emergence?(Thank you)​

Due to law of refraction we can prove that angle of incidence is equal to the angle of elevation..

.A ray of light is deflected twice in a prism. The sum of these deflections is the deviation angle. When the entrance and exit angles are equal, the deviation angle of a ray passing through a prism will be minimum
