Assembly language is a low level language which allows a programmer to use mnemonic code which is symbolic representation are names instead of numbers. They produced a lot of errors in the coding as well as the time taken to read the language as compared to the machine language

The Assembly language is not popular nowadays because

user is required to have complete knowledge of the internal

architecture of computer missionary to use it. Hence, it is also a

machine dependent. The assembler has to be loaded to the

Computer memory for translation of the Assembly language

into the computer. The assembler requires a lot of memory
