very simple !!

first find the slope

so slope comes out to be

=> y2-y1 / x2-x1

=> 4-(-1) / -3-(4)

5/-7

or => -5/7

now ,

equation of the line

y - (4) = -5/ 7 ( x +3 )

y -4 = -5/7 ( x +3 )

hope it help you !!

thanks !!

Hey!!

Equation of line passing through points ( 4, -1 )
and ( -3,4 ) having slope m is given by.

y -y1 = m ( x -x1 )

y1 = 4. ,. x1 = -3. and m. = -4 -1 / 3 +4

y -4 = - 5 / 7 ( x +3)

Have a nice time.
