Judicial Independence is the concept that the Judiciary should be independent from other branches of government that this course should not be subject in proper influence from the other branches of government or from private or partition interest.

the separation of powers is a fundamental guarantee of the independence of the judiciary in the decision making process judges should have freedom to decide cases impartially in accordance with their Interpretation for the law and the fact they should be able to act without any destruction or improper influence
