It is the generally a term in the bio... The solution through substance from inside to outside or vice versa.... Let's focus on the following word.. Generally in isotonic solution osmotic pressure remains same(osmotic pressure means the pressure applied to solute In the solution to move the solute through osmosis). In this type of solutions concentration of salutes same.
