angiosperms are division of plant kingdom

angiosperms are also known as flowering plants.

in angiosperms the pollen grains and ovules are developed in specialised structure called flowers

angiosperms are the only flower bearing division means flowers are the characteristics features of angiosperms

angiosperms are further divided into two parts

a) monocots

b) dicots

monocot have only one cotyledon whereas dicots have two cotyledons.

most of the angiosperms have one more characteristics feature that is double fertilisation.

double fertilisation include two process triple fusion and syngamy that is why it is known as double fertilisation
