Aerobic respiration: Respiration takes place in the presence of O2. Occurs in MITOCHONDRIA of cell. Produce a lot of ATP per glucose molecule.
Anaerobic respiration: Respiration takes place in the absence of O2. Occurs in CYTOPLASM. Comparatively less amount of ATP produced.
