=> x(x-1) - 3(x-1) = 0
=> (x-1)(x-3) = 0
x= 1 and 3
=> x^2 - x - 3x +3 = 0
=> x(x-1) - 3(x-1) = 0
=> (x-1)(x-3) = 0
