Anti gravity :- anti means opposite and gravity means earth attract any body towards its centre . hence, anti-gravity is the phenomena which oppose the gravitional force .
if we talk about earth , earth attract all body towards its centre , ( according to Newton gravitational law ) . so, practically anti - gravity field doesn't exist in earth , but we create this field by using some special instrument and conditions .
if we talk about under the water , we know upward force work , ( according to Archenemies concept ) e.g just opposite to gravity . so, we can say that in water present anti-gravity.
