when a body is partially or completely immersed in the water or any fluid exerts an upward force on the body equal to the weight of the fluid displaced by the liquid.
2nd form:- When a body is partially or completely immersed in water or in any fluid is buoyed up by a force equal to the weight of the fluid displaced by the body...

Hence , =mg = weight of the fluid displaced
