Ahoy dear user☺️

✴️GOOD EVENING✴️

=> What is Archimedes' principle?

⏬ANSWER⏬

Archimedes' principle states that:

"When an object is wholly (or partially) immersed in a liquid, it experiences a buoyant force (or upthrust) which is equal to the weight of liquid displaced by the object."

In other words,

Buoyant force (or Upthrust) acting on an object = Weight of liquid displaced by that object.

Hope it satisfies you!!!✌️

ARCHIMEDES PRINCIPAL STATES THAT THE UPPER BUOYANT FORCE THAT IS EXERTED ON A BODY IMMERSED IN FLUID WHATEVER FULLY OF PARTIALLY SUBMERGED IS EQUAL TO THE WEIGHT OF THE FLUID THAT THE BODY DISPLACES AND ACTS 8N THE UPWARD DIRECTION AT 5HE CENTER OF THE MASS OF DISPLACED FLUID.
