Hii..

Area of an equilateral triangle = √3/4 × (side)^2

so a/q,

side =2 cm

area => √3 / 4 × ( 2 )^2

=> √3/4 × 4

4 get cancel out ...

hence the area will be √3 cm sq unit

Given:

Triangle's side=2cm

To find:

The area of the triangle

Solution:

The required area is √3 cm^{2}.

We are given a triangle that has equal sides. So, its area can be determined using the following-

Required area=√3/4 ×side^{2}

We are given that the side is 2 cm.

We will use the side's value to obtain the required value.

Using the values, we get

The required area=√3/4 × 2^{2}

=√3/4 ×4

=√3 cm^{2}

Therefore, the required area is √3 cm^{2}.
