side = base = k

=4k / 2

√3a=8
a=8/√3cm
side of equilateral triangle=8/√3
Area of an equilateral triangle=√3a^2/4
=√3(8/√3)^2/4
=16√3/3cm^2
perimeter=3side
3k=3×8/√3
k=8/√3cm...............1
Area of equilateral triangle=1/2×b×h
=1/2×8/√3×4
=2×8/√3
