Answer:

total surface area of cuboid = 2(lb + bh + hl )

total surface area of cuboid = 2( 1.5*1.25 + 1.25*0.65 + 0.65*1.5)

= 2( 1.875 + 0.8125 + 0.975)

= 2( 3.6625)

= 7.325 m²

there for area of sheet required for making the box equals to 7.325 meter square

Given:

h=0.65m

b=1.5m

l=1.25m

Using formula: TSA = 2(lb+bh+lh)

2{(1.25×1.5)+(1.5×0.65)+(1.25×0.65)}

=2(1.875+0.975+0.813)

=2×3.663

=7.326m

hence 7.326 m of sheet is required to make given cuboid.
