Arithmetic Progression:- A sequence on which the difference of two consecutive terms is constant, is called Arithmetic Progressions ( AP ) 

a, a+d, a+2d, is an A.P, where a= FIRST TERM and d= COMMON DIFFERENCE.

A progression is called an Arithmatic progression, if the difference of a particular term and its just previous term (except the first term )is always the same. i.e., a(n+1)-a (n)=d. (Constant, called common difference )for all n € N
