Archimedes Principle states that when an object is immersed partially or fully in a fluid it experiences an upward force which is equal to the weight of the fluid displaced by it..

Archimedi's principle states that  when a body is partially or wholly immersed in a liquid, it experiences an upthrust which is equal to the weight of the liquid displaced by it.
