This most controversial Article of our constitution on which each political party is doing politics can be removed by the order of President of India. No 2/3 majority in Lok Sabha, no majority in Rajya Sabha, you need nothing.

But it is not that easy. We all knows that Jammu and Kashmir has its own constitution and this same Article 370 is written in it too and it is also written in constitution of J&K that any change that will be made in Indian Constitution will not apply in J&K. So if we will remove Article 370 from our constitution and it will remain in Constitution of J&K then Pakistan and Hurriyat can go to ICJ(International Court of Justice) and our position will become weak there due to this issue.
