Articulate means to express fluently...so articulate thoughts are such thoughts which are expressed fluently to others and your message is clear
I’m not sure how much you read, but I’ve always been an avid reader which helps immensely. The more books you read the more words you learn.
Practicing articulating thoughts is also a good way to develop ideas before you present them to people in real conversations, and to develop comfort with verbalizing in general(even though it’s online).
Write a lot, it doesn’t have to be good, but the more you do it the more comfortable you’ll get with your own flow of thoughts and directing it the way you want to. Another thing I needed to learn how to do was to stop focusing on people’s impressions of me while talking, which just ends up psyching me out and making me trip over my speech. If I can let the thought flow naturally it sounds fine. Practice this with people you’re most comfortable speaking freely in front of.
