Asexual reproduction is a type of reproduction.

A reproduction in which an organism is formed through a single parent , without formation of gametes is called reproduction.

There are mainly two types of reproduction.

<I>1) Reproduction in Unicellular organisms.
i) Binary fission
ii) Multiple fission
iii) Budding.
E.g :- Amoeba,euglina,Paramecium.

2) Reproduction in multicellular organisms.
i) Fragmentation
ii) Regeneration
iii) Vegetative propagation
E.g:- Hydra,Planeria,Spirogyra.

asexual reproduction is a type of a reproduction in which single parent is involved for eg. jelly fish , star fish etc
