ANSWER :-

The envelope of air surrounding the earth is called the ATMOSPHERE . There r many gases present in atmosphere .we do not know the exact thickness of the atmosphere . the atmosphere is held to the Earth surface by the force of gravity . in the atmosphere most important life giving gas is present which is Oxygen which is essential for human beings and animals and carbon dioxide for plants .
