Answer: atmospheric refraction is the way that the white light is altered to its constituents of colours. Two phenomenon that results here the colour of the sky & the yellowish appearance of the sun when its at the sunset or sunrise.

Explanation: in the case of blue colour of the sky, we say the particles in the atmosphere scatter the the blue light , that means the particles suspended in the atmosphere should reflex the blue colour of the White light so as to appear AND absorb the rest colours so as to disappear
