Atomic mass is the mass of the atom or compound
Atomic weight is average mass if the atom is of different types ( isotopes)
like carbon is present in 3 types C-12, C-13 and C-13 so the mass is 12.01 instead of simple natural number

Atoms is the smallest particle of an element which can take part in a chemical reaction.

Atomic mass refers to a relative quantity and it is the mass of an atom of the element relative to one-twelfth the mass of one carbon-12 atom.

Atomic weight refers to average weight of all isotopes of any particular element.
